AI presents big opportunities. And big risks.

You've probably hear a lot of talk around AI recently. No one knows exactly where the massive advancements in this technology is going to take us, but we're certain about one thing: companies need to be prepared.

Tools such as ChatGPT have tremendous potential for improving productivity, but they are also creating a legal and ethical minefield. It's crucial to get ahead of the problem now and get policies in place to address these concerns - those who don't risk drifting into disaster.

From a sales perspective, buyers are likely to start asking questions about your use of AI during bids, in the same way as they do with cybersecurity and privacy policies now. In fact, in a recent poll on LinkedIn 79% of respondents said they thought that it will be standard in the near future to be asked to disclose your AI governance policy during the RFP process.
